Our water heater went out just a few weeks after Nashville went through a major freeze and power outage—my regular plumber was completely booked up for the foreseeable future fixing people's busted pipes, and they recommended I give MJ Frick a call. Their guy was able to come out the next day and give me advice on getting the water heater to stop overflowing until they could come out and install the new one two days later. The installation only took about an hour and the price was very fair.

Extraordinary Service in a Snowstorm
I can’t say enough about this company and its employees. The night before our recent Friday snow my hot water heater failed completely. I live in a rural area and knew I wouldn’t be able to get out (or anyone get in!) for at least 2–3 days after the snow began. Owen went into Nashville that night, picked up a new hot water heater, and drove an hour to install it. He arrived at 10:40 p.m. and left shortly before midnight. WHO DOES THAT???? Then he called the next morning to make certain all was good. Extraordinary.

Our AC just went out and we called MJ. Mason came out and was able to identify the issue, which was a broken/blown capacitor. He was able to change that on the spot and got our home back to a cool temperature. He washed out all filters and checked to make sure all other parts to be good.
