I needed service on my tankless water heater. The tech called when he was on his way; the ETA was right in line with the appointment time. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and was able to perform a diagnostics evaluation, fix the issue, and recommend an action plan for preventative maintenance for the future. I can’t express enough how wonderful it is trusting the person working in my home vs. wondering if the tech really knows what he is doing. From the person who initially answered my call to Owen, the technician who serviced our tankless hot water heater, I could not have been more pleased. Appointment was set up for the next day at my choice of time. Got a call to let me know his arrival time. He was there at the appropriate time. After diagnostics, the matter was rapidly fixed. He noticed a difference in water pressure between hot and cold settings and fixed that as well in a quiet, courteous manner. I will be a repeat customer for my other plumbing needs.

The plumbers were very knowledgeable and efficient. They not only did great work, but they were very pleasant people to work with. We needed a dedicated hard water line for irrigation coming in from the main water line. The plumbing needed to be reworked just before the water got to the water softener to allow for this new line. They were smart and creative.

Our water heater went out just a few weeks after Nashville went through a major freeze and power outage—my regular plumber was completely booked up for the foreseeable future fixing people's busted pipes, and they recommended I give MJ Frick a call. Their guy was able to come out the next day and give me advice on getting the water heater to stop overflowing until they could come out and install the new one two days later. The installation only took about an hour and the price was very fair.

I can’t say enough about this company and its employees. The night before our recent Friday snow my hot water heater failed completely. I live in a rural area and knew I wouldn’t be able to get out (or anyone get in!) for at least 2–3 days after the snow began. Owen went into Nashville that night, picked up a new hot water heater, and drove an hour to install it. He arrived at 10:40 p.m. and left shortly before midnight. WHO DOES THAT???? Then he called the next morning to make certain all was good. Extraordinary. I’ve loved this company for years — Ethan comes out to inspect my HVAC twice a year and he always asks if there is anything around my house that he can do before he leaves. He is also above and beyond. Owen, Ethan, MJ Frick — you are outstanding.
